Restoration / Re: new 69 camaro repop dash pad
« on: December 02, 2011, 03:50:31 AM »
Large gap on mine in corners.Ricks email of my complaint:These dash pads were molded from an original dash pad. The original pads had gaps around the edges to allow for the assembly line workers to be able to fit the pads. These gaps are supposed to be there. This is the best dash pad available. I am not pleased.Jeff

The 063 /064s are RS 68 correct.
493/494 are 67 all and 68 std.Jeff

Originality / Re: Original 69 Z28 Master cylinder- no power brake booster?
« on: December 27, 2010, 01:11:31 AM »
This is very simple. The car (if real) had a brake booster factory. It was removed for low vacumn and/or valve cover clearance.
Has Manual disc brakes not power now.Very common in the race car world.Jeff

Restoration / Re: Fan Shroud Gap Question
« on: November 07, 2010, 01:17:32 AM »
No its not right. Move the bolt hole in the bracket. The repros are not correct.
I believe it to be a 23 inch 3 core radiator or the shroud would be too wide.
