Restoration / Re: Windshield washers will not turn off when wipers are on

Make sure the switch you are using has the #464 stamped on the back side. 1993464 is for non hidden wipers, and 1993465 is for hidden wipers. Made this mistake buying a switch off ebay.

Auto Metal Direct is the best choice, I would think. I have used there floor pans and 69 Camaro quarters. The stuff they make is full thickness.
Be aware any items in there catalog that starts with a  "X" before the pn is not made by them. Here is there web page, and they have PDF catalogs on line.

Restoration / Re: Inner Fender Installation
« on: July 15, 2015, 07:06:40 PM »
X3, sorry about that. You will have fits trying to install them with the fenders on. You can do it on Nova and Chevelle because the fender laps over the inner differently. Tape all the edges with a couple layers and use good tape. It won't be that bad.

FYI info. I failed to mention in my reply that HBC's web sight is full of good references like AIM sections and pg #'s. Also allot of pn# info as well. I use it often jsut like the ? on the PS pump, good photos. They have the right click disabled, but you can link the web address.
