Yup, I mentioned searching Google for a specific site in that way, in the referenced thread on search results.

Very cool indeed, thanks!

Tim, where do you store the jack bracket for the VE3 ?

Bill,
If you're not using the 'advanced search' function, that's probably why you can't find a known thread - more about searching here: http://www.camaros.org/forum/index.php?topic=16435
Hope someone can show a picture that answers your question - haven't got around to restoring my trunk yet.

I also like to use Google for site specific searches.  For example enter site:www.camaros.org spare, tire, mount    It found this thread with some nice pics from JohnZ

This is one of many pictures :) I took of an unrestored red 69 Z/28 at the Nationals  Is this what you wanted to see?

Decoding/Numbers / Re: 69 inner lower quarter panel stamp

Thanks, yes that helps with the K08 part of the stamp and agrees with the limited info published by CRG http://www.camaros.org/numbers.shtml#sheet   (details about the plant codes are not provided)   I'll guess that K is Kalamazoo.

The L8753 after the K05 is what I found interesting.   Its not part of the body number or vin.

Decoding/Numbers / 69 inner lower quarter panel stamp
« on: June 08, 2018, 05:17:21 PM »

I found this sheet metal stamp on the LH inside lower rear quarter panel.  It appears to be more than a date code.  Maybe some kind of run number?  This is on my 69, 02D build.
