Decoding/Numbers / Block stamp

Hello, I’m new to the group.
Back in 06 I seen there was some discussion on a block with V0706 XXB stamp 327. Seems Steve68 had some insight on the stamping, but I couldn’t find the verdict. I have the exact stamping on an engine I’ve had since about 1970, not a restamp but has strange font. I was told back in the day it was 327/365 hp, it was a super strong engine, I still have it, anybody know what XXB would be?
