If the trunk floor has been replaced or jack hook holddown had to be reinstalled make sure they installed it in the correct location for a convertible and not a coupe.  IIRC Firebirds came with the space saver (I hope I'm remembering correctly) and their holddowns were in the coupe position.

Its been painted red for a while now before my buddy purchased the car.  Needs floors, trunk, quarters etc etc.  It needs a complete restoration and has a lot of correct parts missing.  Great car if done correctly.

Known car.  A friend of mine used to own it.  Needs a lot of sheetmetal work but its legit 4K A-A / 741 car.  Drivetrain not original.

Not to dig up an old thread but the episode aired over the weekend.  Great interview with a legend Ken Barnhart with his original ZL1 Camaro.

More likely the wrong decal was applied meaning not correct for the tire size and car.  The number of passengers were across the board by 68.  All had 1-5 passengers on the decal IIRC.  PSI rating on 15" were also different than 14" when HOT.  There are also subtle differences between repo and original tire decals.  Ill say it again decal is legit from what I can see but would prefer a more straight on shot to be 100% although I don't think it'll change my opinion.

Doesn't look like different fonts more like ink coverage on the print.  Sticker appears legit IMHO.  No comment on whether or not if the car is legit.

I wonder if I can replace the broken antenna without pulling the fender, bumper, hood etc.? Shouldn't there be a trunk mat? ... Danny

It can be done.  Between the door and fender and through the engine compartment side up and under.  And if its standard interior then no trunk mat.  Congrats btw.
