Originality / 69 Z28 power steering

Is it known approximately what percentage of 69 Z28s had power steering. Would it be correct to say that most did not? Looking through Jerry Macs Z28 book, I could find only 1 Z28 that had power steering and that was a highly optioned employee order car. Additionally, most if not all the Z28 "barn finds" on Team Camaro are manual steer cars. One last question, the RPO spread sheet states that 2161 cars had the "special fast ratio" N44.  I'm assuming that number does not included Z28s as they recieved N44 as part of the Z28 package. Is that correct?  Thanks, John

Jim...thanks for the reply. I did a search on those parts numbers and came up with Firebird and Lemanns as the application. Your parts numbers may supersede my numbers according to one source and they are for all mid size disc brake cars in 69. I can't seem to find any info on this. I know there are guys on this forum with original Zs, hopefully they will shed some light.

Can anyone tell me what the correct part numbers are for the front disc brake backing plates on a 69 Z28? Is 5463496 and 97 correct? I tried over at Team Camaro and didn't get any replys. Thanks
