Restoration / Assembly manuals
« on: November 18, 2007, 08:05:25 PM »
Does anyone recommend a particular assembly manual?  I have seen a few different ones advertised for sale.  What I am looking for is the most accurate, readability, and visual drawings.

Has anyone tried to restore their dash panel lettering @Lights, Washer Wiper, Volume, Tuning, and the outline around all of the gauges.  Could you use a chrome/silver paint??  Thanks.

Restoration / Fender Skirt Splash Apron Kit
« on: October 20, 2007, 01:45:20 AM »
Recently bought a Fender Skirt Splash Apron Set from Classic for my 69 Camaro.  Can someone describe to me where these are located.  There is 2 fenderwell dust flaps , 2 fenderwell to frame splash flaps and 1 dust seal which fits between the firewall and the inner fender.  I may need some pictures.  Thanks for any help!

Thanks Jonesy and KurtS for the fast response.  The Vin tag is 124379N505520.  Does this and the trim tag correlate to each other.  Thanks.

Decoding/Numbers / Trim Tag Numbers
« on: September 27, 2007, 02:09:42 AM »
My trim tag reads:
ST   69     12437   NBR109166     BDY
TR      713                  65   65    PNT
       0A

The first thing anyone will say is that I am not reading it correctly, NBR is really NOR, but it does read NBR.  I sent Jerry MacNeish a picture and he said to send the information to the Camaro Research Group so they could put in there database.  Does anybody out there have a similiar tag?  Thanks in advance.
