If you are going to run much of a cam I don.t think you want overdrive anyway. I don,t think my L78 400 turbo with 355 gears would do well with overdrive.

Since no one has replied I am pretty sure most all will work. Maybe driveshaft yoke will not but I think it does. It has been a while since I did one. My brother did a 65 vette from glide to 350 and then to Muncie with the same driveshaft and the vette crossmember is welded in so it worked. Now a 400 turbo is a different story.

It is kind of hard to understand how people get just enough knowledge to sound intelligent but state the details so wrong. Some guy will probably believe it all.

Many thanks guys. Think I will do the Apex. I am going to call them and tell them what I plan to do , might put my truck on it, and let them recommend which one. The price spread between all their 8k units is only $500. I like that theirs come with things that are options on others.

I did not blow it up but the left rivet on the trim tag looks that way to me.

Rivets look like they used a Phillips screwdriver to set them. But the price is good if it is legal.
