Looks like a pretty clean unit, and fairly priced:

Yes, but are they correct? I guess I should have asked the question that way.

Originality / Correct 68 RS lower belt trim hole placement
« on: September 02, 2018, 01:48:34 AM »
Hi folks,

I bought a nice 68 that has NOS quarters and fenders and was never finished. It came with all the NOS trim and clips and now Iíd like to drill the holes properly. Does anyone have a source for the templates, or should I just follow the AIM?

Thanks,
Tony

Yep...Jim King was less than a mile away from my grandparentsí House. Any idea when it closed? Seems like Pro Comp auto Body has been occupying that space forever.

Yes, I would buy ten at that price.

No kidding, I also thought that was odd.

I will say that American muscle tends to go relatively cheap on BaT, may be worth keeping an eye on for the right price.

Looks saveable if you wanted to save it.

I added the original emblem back to my '68. The car has so much documentation it seemed a shame to just weld up the holes on the tail pan and leave it off the restoration.

Thatís a tough one. I know I had a heck of a time getting headers to fit with my 69 396 car, and had to trim the lower corner of the AC suitcase. Let us know if you find a solution that doesnít require cutting.
