Definitely not a belly button car. I like it already.

First of all, welcome to CRG. I believe you are correct on no partial vin. Sounds like a very well optioned car with good colors.

Black with red interior would look much better, IMO.

True, but a four barrel doesn't look as cool.

I will let Lakehome step up here when he can. BUT, don't over think this. AACA judges ALL 5000 makes of cars from 1890 to 1993. They don;t know cars well enough tp [ick up the antennae. CAn you borrow a jack for the show? They also do not check things like engine numbers. And you will not get a list of things wrong with your car. You CAN request a judging sheet that will tell you the area, like engine compartment and number of points.

Phil, Lakehome on here, is a judge. He can answer all your questions.  The rule book is posted on the AACA site for you to read. What car do you have? I intend to be there in a different class.

One of my favorite '69 colors.

Was the indicator the same for Powerglide and the torqueglide?

The specs for the 335 seem close to the 325hp 396.

Gary, thanks for the explanation. As a side note, this would have been the same rear end housing that Penske would bend to get camber in the rear. There was a lot of thinking going on back then. The Nascar boys still do this for the short tracks.

OK, I reread the first page. Is it true the SD was a shortened full size car housing down to Camaro width?

Does anyone know how much shorter the disc brake housing was then normal?
