Tim,according to the AIM if i measure from the center of my wheel back 33" i should measure from the ground to the bottom of the rocker panel between 9 and 9.5" Did i read that correct?

I ordered new coil springs for my 69 camaro and put a front disc brake conversion kit on it ,
The springs i ordered was for a 1969 305 motor w/o A/C but the front looks high 28.5 from fender to ground..
Anyone know the correct height so i know how many inches too high my front is I have 14" Rallys on it.
please see pic attached..

I believe the 2 year warranty was in effect then so if you go with a CE block you can go with
3916323
3935440
3955272
3969854
maybe several others from 68 to 70 years I just came across a late 69  402/375hp CE motor on Craigslist just another option to think about.

OK,do you know what month in 69 it went away? or do you mean 1968 was last year for oil fill tube?
Could my January build date technically  have either a fill tube or no fill tube?
like the rear 68 spoiler on early 69 Camaros?

I bought 1 off ebay has a date of A 15 9  on it but i noticed others with 68/early 69 dates with and without a fill tube and some dont have a fill tube in the casting..Does CRG have a section for Intake cast# for camaros?

I'm a bit confused about this intake 3927184 seems 2 or maybe 3 versions of the same intake was made
1.with oil fill tube.
2.with oil fil tube but plugged /cast over
3. no oil fill tube or plug in the cast.
which if any is correct for my 1969 Camaro its an early January 69 build date and it also has a 68 spoiler on the back which I'm told is correct for an early build 69 thru internet research.
Any help much appreciated.

Restoration / Radiator core support bushing replacement
« on: July 31, 2018, 12:53:29 AM »
I want to replace my bushings on the radiator core support and I want to know what i have to loosen or remove to move the core support high enough to be able to replace the bushings? do the fenders need removed or just loosened up?
Also thinking about grinding the one under the battery box off and re welding a new one on does anyone make just the bracket not the whole core support?

Darrell,I say seen that meaning as i read it! I as a novice could/probably  get a different interpretation then what is meant! I have no problem googling and reading but the meaning, definition and interpretation that I get is probably different than what is meant  so I rely on the experts opinion not to steer me wrong rather than what i read/see
 X11* non-SS396, non-Z28,
