Decoding/Numbers / Muncie 4 speed questions

Hey guys! So I located a Muncie for the 68 ss350 I'm restoring and I recieved all of these numbers from the gentleman that has the trans.

P8E09-date stamp
3925660-main case number
28P313836-vin stamp number?
3884865-side cover number
93329-tag number on side cover bolt
3915401D-hurst shifter competition shifter base.

Two questions... Can I get the hurst 68 camaro linkage rods and shifter handle to work with this base mechanism? Also the tag number. i can't seem to find any info on the 5 digit tag number. Anyone know what the 93329 decodes?

So during the time I have been documenting my 68 ss350, I seen that one of the P stamps are backwards. Any reason or meaning why it was backwards?
