Just saw this on the Portland CL, looks like it is located in Illinois, I did not make contact for the partial VIN, maybe somebody that needs this date code could ask for that info.

This is the add:
I have a very nice 1969 12 Bolt, Bv Code, 4.10,, Housing only,, will fit 67-69 Camaro w/ multi leaf springs, and 68 to 72 Nova, $1500.
I have the parts to rebuild if needed, will sell seperate or together.
69 Z28 original 302 DZ Engine, Feb.17, 69 date, unmolested original stamping on block, Std. Bore can stay std., 1178 crank is std. and polished, super nice pink rods look like new, std. bore pistons, nice 472 intake, DZ Carb, original 302 oil pan w/ tray, nice #403 bellhousing, has new freeze plugs and cam brgs, hot tanked, $5000.
