Restoration / Identify type of seat back foam required
« on: July 13, 2023, 05:44:52 PM »
I need to buy new seat foam as I intend to change my 69 standard interior upholstery to Houndstooth. I have already purchased and received the front and rear seat covers from Legendary. I understand the front bucket seat "backs" have two different styles of foam. I have included a pic of my seat with the back plastic cover removed. Is this sufficient to determine which type to order (with springs, without springs)? Does the rear seat need different foam as well? TIA   jess in ky

Anyone have experience installing a power window conversion kit in a 69 Camaro? Thinking of adding power windows to my car and wondering which conversion kit to go with. Thanks in advance.  jess

So which vendor has the best quality, most complete, RS conversion kit for a 69 Camaro? Looking for factory style vacuum operated system, best quality, fit and finish. It's for our personal car, not a car for sale, so it has to fit and function as originally designed. Heartbeat City, Ricks and Camaro Central all offer a kit (Camaro Central is local, about 65 miles). Wondering which one to go with. Jess

General Discussion / Pre-assembled std door panels...quality
« on: February 04, 2019, 02:59:27 AM »
I have been researching pre-assembled standard interior black door panels for my 69 camaro. Camaro Central offers a complete set (f&r) for $339.95 (OER brand?) while a complete set of Legendary's are $700 (are these manufactured in house by Legendary?).  Does anyone have experience with both? I understand and accept that better quality costs more, so is there that much difference in the quality?  TIA   jess

Mild Modifications / original style reproduction seat covers?
« on: September 10, 2017, 11:10:39 PM »
Does Legendary (or any one else) offer 69 standard seat covers in the original style but in leather instead of vinyl? I really like the leather seats in my pentastar.

Hey guys, newbie (to the board) here. I have a 69 camaro I intend to restore and hope install a BB chevy with a 69 400/427 tripower setup. Just wondering if anyone has pics of a 69 with an SS hood and this intake/carb combination.
