Decoding/Numbers / Xtra numbers on TRIM TAG - HELP

I have a 69 camaro and reviewing the trim tag , there are a set of letter/numbers that im not sure what they are and i cant find it in any of my books , any help would be apprecitated.

across topp is standard  - ST69 12437 Los xxxxxxx
                         trim  - 711         53 53 pnt
                         10D        ((( Y 0 9 3 )))
i understand all of it but the   (  Y093  )

can anyone tell me what that is for

Originality / Found a 69 - Rare Butternut Yellow with YELLOW HOUNDSTOOTH

I just picked up a 1969 Camaro that is CODE 40 pnt / 714 TRIM. 

From what i can find here and other places on the net , THIS SEEMS TO BE A VERY RARE COMBO..
Just courious to what other think or know.

KEEP IT ORIGINAL or what.... Just curious and Looking for as much info as possible .  THANKS
