« on: September 30, 2012, 09:42:57 PM »
Hello CRG Members,

Just seeing if someone could post some correct engine bay pictures for a 69 Z28. I have Jerry's book, but seeing if someone had some really good detailed pictures of their own or maybe from a car show.

Thanks,

General Discussion / Rear interior upper tin panels
« on: September 16, 2012, 10:19:50 PM »
Hi CRG Members,

I have a question on the rear interior upper tin panels. Were the upper tin panels the same for the 68 and 69 Camaro/firebirds? Kind of looking for a fast response.

Thanks,

General Discussion / C B Radiator Date Month
« on: August 18, 2012, 09:43:46 PM »
Hey CRG Members,

Question on the C B Radiators that are found in the 69z's. Has there ever been a radiator found in the car that had the same month code and build date of the car? Example radiator has a B code and the car was built in the 3rd week of February.

Thanks,

General Discussion / YH Wheels?
« on: April 17, 2012, 11:28:30 PM »
Hey CRG Members,

Is it possible a 4C date Z28 would have YH wheels from the end of February? I don’t believe any of the YH wheels were produced in March? I think the end of February’s date stamp was the 26th or the 28th?

Thanks in advance for your response,

General Discussion / 69 Z28 Brake Booster Question
« on: April 06, 2012, 12:55:05 AM »
Hey CRG Members,

I do have a question about the date code for a brake booster for a  69 Z28. I have heard answers that the dates for these are all over the place. Let's say we have a 69 Z28 that has cowl code body build date of 4 C and was built on the tail end of that week and the brake booster is dated one day into the following week. Would this be correct? Was the Brake Booster stamped at the assembly line as it was put on the car or was it stamped in a different location were the brake booster was made? Just thought this would be an interesting question to bring up to see if someone knew the answer.

Thanks,

Hi CRG,

I have been trying to get a hold of Tom Zeman out in New York that restores DZ carbs along with some other brands of carbs. I have been just getting his voice mail for quite some time. I have left messages, but have not heard back from him. Usually he is really good about calling back right way?? Just seeing if anyone knows of him or has talked to him lately??

Thanks,
