Hi all,

Here is a list of vin#'s found in legal notices from old newspapers.  Mostly cars that owners failed to make the payments on.  If your vin is listed here, send me a PM to confirm and I'll email you a screenshot of the notice.  (I don't have the original newspapers)

I have the pop, invoice, body broadcast copy and the temp. registration to the 68 camaro 124378N457540.  It was Lemans Blue L78 with a 4speed and a 4:10 posi sold new in PA.  Thought I'd post it here.

Decoding/Numbers / LOS assembly line question

Here is the question, were camaros and fullsize chevrolet assembled on the same assembly line at the Los Angeles plant.  So, there could be a 67 impala 4dr followed by a 67 camaro conv. followed by a 67 impala ss 2dr.
I was looking at a assembly line photo of a 67 impala and it looks like there is a 67 camaro in line behind it with the body about to be lowered on to the frame.

Does someone have an assembly line photo archive?

Decoding/Numbers / Please post non camaro engine and tranny vin#'s you may have.

Hi, I do research on fullsize chevrolets and was wondering if members could post the numbers off any engines or muncies they have that might be out of a fullsize chevrolet or chevelle (not out of a camaro).  I need the casting number, stamped date and stamped vin#.
