Mild Modifications / Clutch won't disengage

I'm converting from a PG to a Muncie.  I put it all together, lowered the car, and found out the clutch won't disengage.  I put in a Zoom clutch that has the raised fingers if that matters.  I torqued the pressure plate to 20 lbs.  Should I torque it to 35lbs?  Do I have the right throwout bearing in?  Any suggestions?

Mild Modifications / Starter for 621 Bellhousing

I am changing my '67, 327 from a auto. trans. to a Muncie.  I am installing a 14" flywheel with a 621 Bellhousing.  My question is what starter do I need for this conversion? I am getting a lot of misinformation about this.  It seems the new starter must be of a short snout kind because that big flywheel is right there!  My original starter has the straight bolt pattern.

I am swapping out my PG transmission on my '67 327, 210 hp, to a Muncie 4-speed.  I bought a 621 (big block) bellhousing for this conversion.  I believe I must buy a 11 inch flywheel and clutch set-up.  My question is: there are different number of teeth flywheels out there, does it matter which one I buy?  Also, I may eventually buy a small block crate engine for this car.
