Originality / 67 Quadrajet base gasket - who sells? It is supposed to be about 5/8" thick

Looking for the correct quadrajet base gasket that goes under the metal heat shield. Would be correct for both L30 and L48 cars. Important to be the correct thickness, about 5/8" so the air cleaner is raised high enough to clear coil.

Maintenance / Wiring diagram for 67 8-track player, early design.

I am looking to hook up my 8-track player the correct way. It is a late January built Camaro with a front console mount. Also, is there a swith that is required to shift between radio and tape? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Originality / 1967 Camaro space saver spare info? N65 option

Anyone know how to tell a correct original space saver spare for a 67 Camaro? Is there a code? Who made the wheel? How rare? I found a space saver in a junk yard with a M17 3 16 and HE code. Thanks!

Restoration / correct mono leaf springs for L48

I took my leaf springs out of my car and one of them is broken. Is there a way to tell the difference between the different coded mono leaf springs if the tag is gone? Is this only possible at a spring shop?

Originality / 67 L78 LOS 04D correct M21 date?

I am looking to put a correct dated M21 back in my 04D LOS L78 67 Camaro. Anyone have a similar dated car, either Z28 or L78 with the original m21 transmission? Any help is appreciated? Thanks CRG!

Originality / 67 Decklid or trunk lid correct for late April

I know there are two different decklids that came on the 67 Camaro, an early and a late style. Anyone know when the change took place? Perhaps someone out there can send me a picture of their 04C 04D 05A car decklid/trunk lid? Thanks for the help!

Decoding/Numbers / Timing chain cover date code

How is the date on a timing cover decoded? Is it week and year? i.e. 20 70 is twentieth week of 1970.

I have this block if someone knows of a 67 Camaro missing its 396/325hp engine. Would have been coupled with a TH400 and by the looks of the VIN woudl be somewhere around late May car. The block is standard bore.

Recently acquired this motor. Missing exhaust manifolds, intake, carb,distributor, valve covers and timing cover. Has all original internals including - valves, cam (dated L 1 
, lifters, rockers, pistons, rods, crank, timing chain, oil pan, and windage tray. Block is 618 (dated A 22 9), heads are 186 (dated A 18 9 and A 23 9). Water pump is rare 3927170 (L 7 and has original Balancer (not sure where to look for date?). Hope this can find its way back home! Or maybe someone knows of an original Z somewhere in Louisiana without the original motor?
