A P28 option for 15" wheels on an SS that was never seen before? Documented with original window sticker!
Still, not everything has been discovered on these cars-just amazing.

Originality / 1969 8 track player location

If a dealer were to install an 8 track player #91BT411 underdash unit, and there is a console in the car, were would it be installed? what bracket would be used? In the AIM it looks like U57 is installed under the ashtray, but that wont work with a console.

Originality / License Plate Screws

Did 1969 Camaros come from the factory with license plate screws? if so, what do factory screws look like? or did the dealer have to install them with their dealer plates?
The AIM just shows the "special nut" installed in the license bracket (page 14 A2)

Originality / Auxiliary lighting group ZJ9

With the ZJ9, did the trunk light only work with the trunk open and with the headlights or parking lights on? I know the hood and interior lights work when opened.

I thought these were not availible on 69 Camaros. This one is on a documented car.

Originality / 69 deluxe seat belts

My 69 SS is original and has all deluxe seat belts (silver buckles) except the shoulder harnesses are standard with the black plastic buckles. Is there an RPO for this or did the original owner change out the shoulder belts to make bukling up easier?

Maintenance / 69 dash pad repair

My 69 dash pad is in good shape except for the separation of the pads front edge and the fiberglass backing. I have tried the hot glue method and it works for a while, but has anyone come up with a better, more permanant method?

Maintenance / side mirrors

Has anyone found a way to keep outer door mirrors from moving? I have to adjust mine alot. It will move just from the wind. Thanks.
