Did any one save images from the op listing, or reply #7 ? are they from  before the car was restored ? Be interesting to see.

Thanks Scott, missed that you had already posted that image of Moss in '69 at Edmonton in another thread  ::)

And thanks william for your input re: the rear 2nd. design rear spoiler on the car.

Confirms that it is indeed '69.

Interesting that this SS convertible looks to have California tags ?

How rare is the silver grill on an '69 RS car ? Was it part of a certain package when ordering, did it depend if it was a Z or regular

Camaro ? I have two photos in my files, one of a Z and another of a 396 car, both in France with the silver RS grill.

Bit late here, only came across this thread today, thanks Kurt & Scott for those images of the '68 Camaro with the alternate roof,

Not a Chevy, but to go along with Scott's images of the G.T.O. I have this one in my files.

In our personal correspondence, I let Mitchell know that the car he is researching might have been the pace car for the 1968 Glen 500 Trans Am race held at Watkins Glen Grand Prix Race Course, Watkins Glen, New York on Sunday, August 11, 1968.  So far, it is the only event held in 1968 that I believe to have been paced by a 1968 Z28.  Click here to view my thread on this particular car: http://www.camaros.org/forum/index.php?topic=17800.0

Scott another interesting thread , I imagine you are talking about production cars, the one-off '68 Z/28 'vert used at Elkhart for the '68 Can-Am wouldn't fall into this category ?

Originality / Re: Factory V75 Liquid Tire Chain Z/28?
« on: January 08, 2022, 09:58:58 PM »
This is from book "The Great Camaro" by Michael Lamm, my copy 1981 (4th. printing)

I wasn't able to make the images any smaller   ::)  scroll left-right to see the whole image.

I have also included scan from the 1969 "Vehicle Ordering Manual" (my copy dated April 1st. '69)  for the "CANADIAN" market of

the listing for V75, offered on full size Chevys (Impala etc) not offered on wagons, and not listed in the book for Camaro, Chevelle,

or Nova. Price shown is in Canadian dollars

Interesting thread, the Delorenzo Corvair is a significant car, it will be great to see it on track again !

Here's a photo I have in my files of the Delorenzo & Mim's Corvairs in the pits at Marlboro in 1966.

Trans-Am Camaros / Re: Warren Agor
« on: October 09, 2021, 04:47:36 PM »
Here are two images I came across of the Schwartzott '69 Camaro, info in the Racing Camaros book, page 139 says this car went

to Agor for the '71 season.

Some memories plus the photos were posted on a Canadian forum in 2020.
