I also have an original of the Chevrolet drawing in an old GM parts counter book I received from a dealership. Has lots of interesting stuff. I've collected parts for crossrams over the years and currently have a 6-19-68 top mated to a 6-25-68 base that is in a glass top coffee table. Objects de art is how I see these units now.

Well, the car sold at Barrett Jackson in 2014 Las Vegas, lot 424.3. So someone new owns the car. I am still trying to locate the owner to put them in contact with the POP booklet, just because they belong together, no gain on my part. So if anyone knows the current owner and wishes to contact me I will forward my info on.

General Discussion / Re: Galen Glovier

I don't wish to comment on Galen, having never dealt with him. But wanted to say I've seen a fair assortment of cars that needed tons of bodywork and wish to applaud those who DO take on the task of restoring the vehicle. Thinking most of them do it as a hobby and thankful for it. If a purchaser is looking at ANY vehicle they need to do their homework on hidden VINs.

Yes, I have been in contact with Robin over the past 5 years, and with him this week. The POP is in the book. Just hoping someone knows the owner or the owner reads the site and recognizes the VIN. It was last restored to a white body, white convertible top and is a Canadian sold Pace Car per GM of Canada documentation. It is a big block automatic car.

Thanks Kurt, I have an owner history from 73 to late 80's. I have spoken to last owner in Canada prior to it going to the US. Have recently found owners manual and warranty booklet. Without question it belongs with current owner. Thought it went to a George Engelage from California, but found it registered in Arizona in 2007. I also spoke with Bob and he confirmed restoring it.

I am searching for any owner history I can find for this 1967 Camaro. I've owned it for 6 years, purchased it from California, where it resided for some 20 years. Originally sold from Houston, Texas. Would appreciate speaking with anyone regarding owner history from 1967 to 1987. Thanks.

I'm looking for current owner of this 1967 Camaro pace car. I have been in contact with someone who has original paperwork fro this car and we wish to reunite car/paperwork. The car was sold in Canada, then went to the USA in late 80's-eary 90's. I had thought it went to a George Engelage from California being brokered though Camaro Specialties of New York. I also feel it may have been sold into Arizona around 2007. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
