Thats good to know , glad you knew about that car...
artistic adjustment made by the owner i guess..LOL

I have a feeling i will be going this way with this car too since i dont have the original eng/trans.
but i will be keeping the BY and YHT when i do the restoration.

1 fuel line , 10 bolt rear and no plate for dual exh on dr rear rail.

It did come with a GM cowl hood but i havent sanded any of the blue paint to see if the yellow is under it...
Most of the car DOES have the yellow under the Blue tho and still has original paint on DASH , Door jambs , trunk , couwl and side cowls as well.

Thats great Kurt , thanks for the info ...i had heard of 2 so far ..

I dont know if you know about this one but i found this online in my search but IT DOES NOT have a V-top at all...
this is the one that went thru Barrett Jackson in 08 and sold for 58.300
Now , i dont know anything about it but it has the BY and Bright interior.

No , NOT A Z 4 sure...
X-11 =     Base model  with Z21 Style trim  pkg ... ( Included on SS350 model )

i guess it could be a SS350 .

I havent been able to really go over the car yet , STILL IN MY TRAILER ...

This is a "PROJECT CAR " and will take some work over time once i can get to it ...
I have a number of other builds going right now but i have it here when i do get time and its in line.

i think it will get a full NUT n BOLT rotisserie restoration ...Im excited about the car , Just want to find out as much as i can about the rarity before i decide what direction to go.

ITs a Factory SB / AUTO / car.. NO AIR....COSOLE CAR  .
I havent checked the ralleys to see if they are originals or not yet.

Thanks , it all helps a little ...LOL  never know what tid bit might lead to something good ..
Actually , i found a Y2Camaro site that is for butternut yellow cars and it has a registry page but it just says no match for their data base...LOL
doesnt have a place to submit my info that i could find.

I did find a place to send someone an email so just have to see if anything comes back from that...

It might even be from the Kurt mentioned above...

Sometimes i get excited and impatient ..what can i say...

But i do appreciate any and all help.  THANKS

thanks for the thread but that doesnt really tell me a lot ... THIS CAR IS BUTTERNUT YELLOW ...which from this site i see only 1% or less ( .08 % _ were painted CODE 40 BUTTERNUT ...then to top that off with the yellow houndstooth...???

MOST YELLOW / YELLOW cars were DAYTONA YELLOW>..CODE 76 with the 714 YELLOW HOUNDSTOOTH,

I can see that and not bad looking but the PALE Butternut just doesnt thrill me ...BUT IF ITS RARE , ???????

from what i can find , the number of 40 /714 cars is 2 or 3 .

Just thought i would turn to the GURU's here for better info
