Thanks for the info Mike. I too ordered some to put back just in case, and or if there is a price spike.

Decoding/Numbers / Question about 67 Trim Tag
« on: August 29, 2018, 05:01:00 PM »
I have been following the restoration of YS 760 on the Super Car sight, and have a question about my trim tag. YS 760 shows a Z, T/400 designation in area 2, and is an 06 NOR build. My L-35 is an 02 NOR build, but does not show a Z in area 2.  Did that designation start after Feb, or could it be a letter that was just missed in the stamping? Thanks.

Decoding/Numbers / Help with Radiator Tag ID
« on: August 22, 2018, 05:37:45 PM »
I've been helping a friend in our car club clean up and detail her engine compartment. Her car is a 69 coupe with a NOM. I took out the radiator to clean and repaint and noticed that it is a Harrison. The tag on the side below the Full-Cold is as follows: IA   VL
                                                             CF
                                                              59
                                                               3014219 8
I have looked through several reference books, but could not find this particular tag. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I agree. Great to see another L-35/T400 coming back to life. All the best with your project.

Garage Talk / Re: My First Camaro - What was Yours?

My first Camaro was a 70 SS that I purchased when I came home from Viet Nam. I kept the car until 73 when our second daughter came along. Then like so many others, the Camaro turned into a Chevelle Wagon.

 Hi Mike

They were both on the car when I bought it back in 95. This is a picture of the end cap with the wording that is on it.

My car has standard black interior, and was built at Norwood. I had forgot about the difference in the two until I read your post. We re-did our interior back in 03, (mice) and I kept as many original pieces as possible.
