Do me a favor and double check that Q-jet stamp number. I'm CARQUEST parts store Mgr and checked the Standard carb kit book. The  numbers in the book skip over the number you posted. The number that will determine what those Q-jets fit is on the drivers side, by the throttle, on the side of the secondary casting. I'll try to help.

Hey thanks for info. I was able to find the location measurements in my 67 factory assembly manual.

General Discussion / 67 antenna location
« on: March 04, 2008, 12:03:50 AM »
Hi guys. I decided to join the group. I think this is the best site on the web for 1st gen Camaro. I have used the info here many times and thought "what the heck , I'm joining". Real quick about me....I'm married to a wonderful wife, 2 70 lb dogs, 2 cats, 2 Camaros....1967 SS clone 32xxx original miles & 1993 6 speed Z-28 my father bought new and has recently given to me. (thanks Dad!)

So anyway my question. I need to install a new antenna on the 67. I just put a new full qtr panel on the right rear (fixing some crap body work by previous owner). Does the antenna go on the R/F fender or the R/R qtr? Was the rear location an option? I'm not planning on using a rear spoiler so that won't be an issue. Is there a template for correct location?
Thanks for the help....
