Kurt,

one fuel line, think it was a 3 speed, multi-leafs, and I have to do some more scrubbing to get the axle stamp. I'll do some more home work and post you back. Thanks for your help.

Decoding/Numbers / Help with 69 decode

Noob here but what a wealth of information. Can you guys help me with some options I haven't been able to verify. I have a 69 RS with the following trim tag and vin #124379n649609

st69  12437  nor335978bdy
tr712  50 50 pnt
05d x11 a

As I understand this information as a 69 RS car that intersting enough has factory air, a tilt colum, and the A after x11 designates power windows...which it has. My question is on the transmission though. I think this could be an SS car as well. I was told by the guy I bought it from that it used to have a 350 in it, but naturally he traded it. It has the oem front disc brakes and rear drums. The transmission is an automatic on the column followed up with an 10 bolt rear end. Does this sound like an RS/SS car and if so what specifically do I need to be looking for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
