Always used a bushing, tap it in and done. Bearings seem to have issues.  Never aligned a bellhousing on a clutch install.  Guess the tool people are happy and making money.

Don't know what you have invested in the car.  The right people can fix it just depends on how much you want to put into it.   Did you notice it has a 10 bolt rear end?

I have a later 350 installed in my 67.  Have not had any luck decoding the numbers, wonder if anyone can help.
Front passenger side under the head has 12K523985 
On the rear of the block, where the bell housing attaches under the intake I see 9970010.

Anyone ever run across these numbers?

Should be 3970010.

Data on any 1967 Camaro with a bench seat with headrests.
Information on 67-9 Camaros from non-US assembly plants (especially South America and Europe).

Never seen a power window option code on a 69 tag or a D80A.  Doesn't look legit to me.
