Originality / 67 front fender to core support bolts
« on: December 07, 2015, 02:31:34 AM »
Does anyone know if the bolts on a 67 that mount the top of the front fender to the top of the core support used a flanged head with a point or they used a loose (captured ) washer and a flat tip ?  And also where the support bar attaches to the core support ?   Anyone have a original 67 to say for sure ?  Thanks, Ed.

Restoration / Re: need new radiator core

I decided to use Laumans  & Son Radaitor in Landsdale , PA to recore my radiator.  They sent out my top & bottom plates to the manufacturer of the new core and had them put them on instead of theres. They did a nice job.

I need to replace the core in my radiator . Does anyone know where I can get a new core ? Its for my 67 Camaro, 21 inch - 2 row. I cant find anyone on the internet and no one locally knows either. HBC only has 3 rows . Has any one replaced a 2 core lately?   PLEASE let me know. Thanks, Ed.

Jon, THANK YOU !! I was hoping someone with another 07B car would chime in.  I dont understand either why they cant make repros more exact.  I have seen the HBC ones and are somewhat close, I hoping I can find a real one first. Thanks all !! Ed.

General Discussion / 1967 radiator tag
« on: October 09, 2015, 08:22:54 PM »
Hello , I have a late 67 Camaro 07B build date. I know for some parts by that build date they started using 1968 part numbers. Does anyone know for the radiator tags would my 07B build have used the smaller 67 tag or the larger 1968 tag ? Thanks, Ed.
