Decoding/Numbers / 302 DZ V0838DZ

Can someone decipher this for me? Vin is 19n509415. I am looking for the car or the owner of.
I have the complete running motor. Tried loading a pic of the pad but I couldn't get it through. Did the same thing on the SYC site. I can email a pic of the pad.
