Are any of the cars with numbers in grease pencil LOS built? If so, how do the numbers compare with the body scheduling number on the TT?

I was under the impression that the 118 was julian for Friday April 28, 1967

wouldn't that be strange that a 68 dash pad was made when 68's weren't even in production yet and 67's were still going strong?

Can anyone tell me what these codes/numbers mean?
