Title: Viewing attachments

When viewing most posts on this forum when an attachment is mentioned I see no way to open said attachment.  I see no link attached in most cases.

Where is the prompt to view these attachments?

Maybe Fred isnt logged in... if not logged in, most attachments are not visible.
