Title: rims
Post by: upscope757 on June 18, 2012, 10:39:13 PM
I have a 67 camaro rs/ss with front drum brakes. Are these steel wheels with hub caps or ralleys? I have found conflicting guidance, some stating that due to the rsss it came with ralliss regardless. Thoughts?

Rally wheels did not exist in 1967.

I'm old enough to recall what they were originally known as -"disc brake wheels" because they were included with the optional disc brakes for '67 only. B-body fleets [police, utility] that had disc brakes had the baby moons with the bow-tie and no trim ring.

For '68 Rally Wheels became an option and were no longer included with disc brakes.

Thanks! Quick follow-up.  What tire size do you recommend for the 14x6 rims (SS car)?
