About the last picture is the cowl tag. This isnt off a camaro is it?
tried to paste the picture and couldnt figure it out

Yes that is a Van Nuys cowl tag.

California built Camaros used the older style tag. Shows 12437 model, originally Hugger Orange, black standard interior. At some point they changed from 'LOS' to 'VN' as the plant was in Van Nuys.
The chrome skull shift knob is not original.
