How common is a 69 camaro with ALL  original parts and drivetrain  except no vin on block or trans anywhere ?

Not at all common. Not unusual to see an engine missing a VIN but I've never heard of both.

Some years ago I examined a '69 Camaro body with a mis-stamped VIN and no hidden VINs.
