Post by: G3 Rods on April 24, 2012, 04:10:43 PM
We are restoring a 1969 Z28 Camaro all numbers matching. And i have the assembly manual but i can't read the layout page for the 302 hood emblem location. If anyone knows i would appreciate your help.

Thanks

Look inside the duct. You will see two punched holes for access. The emblem holes should be centered.

I have the assembly manual but i cant read the numbers, if some one knows how far from the back or front of the hood to put them i should be able to figure the rest out.

Thanks

Heartbeat city sells the template. Beware, check the hole location on the emblem studs before drilling. There was a mistake on the template I purchased. The location is perfect though.
