Have you read Ed's carburetor report? http://www.camaros.org/carb.shtml

Neither are 1st gen Camaro applications.
The 6210 is a Holley aftermarket replacement carb for Rochester Q-Jet applications. It's a nice carb rated at 650CFM. I had one of those on my 55 Nomad.
The 7040202 is a 1970 application for the 350/300 engine with an automatic transmission. It was used on the Full Size cars, Chevelle, Camaro, Nova, Monte Carlo and Corvette.
