As you all know a quality yellow interior for a 69 Camaro is not available. What we've seen is the wrong color, wrong grain & wrong weight vinyl. I'm working with Elliot at Al Knoch to make the correct vinyl happen. He need to know if there is enough interest to run a roll of 48 once yellow Madrid vinyl. It take about 10 yard to do the covers. I've had a 714 car for almost 30 years & have had 2 wrong interiors in it. I want it to be right the next time. If you're interested let me know here & I relay it to Elliot. it may take a year to get this done but I don't want to let it slide by.
Thanks, Joe

Joe, while I do not have a yellow int car, I do think it would be worthwhile to a lot of people to get correct material made. If you talk to Elliot again, ask him if the correct woven comfortweave is ever possible? thanks

I'll talk to him once I get some other responses. I'll ask him then. Was the comfort weave used in Corvette also? ...Joe

Just so everybody know, this will be finished seat covers...not just the vinyl. He has the cloth, just doesn't know if there's enough people out there to justify a run of the vinyl...Joe

Various people on this site have stated that Legendary produces quality repro covers. Is this not true? Their website shows the yellow houndstooth interiors as being available.

I ordered a sample of their yellow & it looked & felt like something you would use on chairs in the dining room. Super light wieght & way too bright...Joe
