Does any one know of a way to reattach my radiator tag to my radiator?

In the link below under "Radiator Tag Decoding", its stated the tag was clipped to the header plate of the radiator core & the solder would often also solder the tag to the radiator.

it is a spring clip and usually rusts and cant be reinstalled. HBC repops them
