Does anyone have a picture of the tail panel on a '69 Fathom Green car that you be willing to post?

You'll find a pic in one of these shots. I didn't have a chance to go through all of them. Maybe there's a better one in there somewhere. Just curious, is this for the L48 ???

Daniel - What is it that you need help with? Are you trying to see how the blackout tail panel looks against the fathom green. Or, do you need to know what part of the tail panel gets blackout?

Marty there's a guy that saw my car at the paint shop and loves the color. He's working on his car and thinking about changing the color when he paints. It's a 396 car and I told him about the black out and I was hunting a good pic to show him so he gets an idea of what it would look like. He's new to the Camaro world and knows very little about these cars so my painter ask if I would help him out with his project.

To answer your first question about my car getting painted this way.   NOOOOO Way

IMHO I think the blackout panel looks great w/fathom green or any other Camaro color if they were born with it. You might ask his painter to spray semigloss black w/fathom green on a test panel so he gets a better sense of what his car will look like. Every other pic is going to look different and will only confuse the issue.

Whew...There for a moment I thought you'd gone off the deep end.  ;)

Here is a link to our photo library showing many photos of the Fathom Green SS 396 L78 we restored. You'll find several photos of the tail panel there.

Ken - Great shots of you guys laying down the D90. That one sequence shows the attention to detail you guys are famous for. Thanks for the pics!
