Title: Starter Numbers
Post by: LVN 67 on August 14, 2011, 01:18:24 AM
I have pulled the starter from our 2-E 67 L-35 coupe. The numbers are as follows:

1107365   6  M  16

Delco Remy USA

2 B A

I've checked the books and find the months are stamped A-L. Any help on this "M" month stamp would be appreciated.    ???

In the process of lettering things the   I  is not used when stamped. On the other hand when the letters are cast into the piece the   I   is used.  Your starter is December  16  1966.
