Post by: PPM on July 25, 2011, 06:26:59 PM
MY 67 camaro has 3" lowering blocks. I dont like the lowering blocks an want to see about getting correct springs an keep this same height maybe 1" highter max. does anyone know if i can get a spring like this? would it be mono or multi?  I also want to see if  my springs in there now are worn or if they are lowering springs does anyone have a measurement for me or advice?

See your '67 Assembly Manual, UPC 4, sheets B4 through B8; sheet B4 shows the measurement for the "D" height, from the top of the axle tube to the center of the bolt head on the rear of the jounce bumper. Use the "curb" dimension in the charts; the "D" height is independent of tire size.
