Title: Convertible top boot
Post by: sixt9x33rs on July 24, 2011, 01:23:34 PM
If my car has a white top originally and 712 interior what color top boot would be original?

Thanks,

Lawrence

My 1969 has a black top (B), white paint (50), red interior (718), and a red boot.  So my boot matches my interior.

I thought there was a chart here someplace that listed the 1969 "rules" for the black verses white vert tops, based on the body color and that the interior color was used on the boot under most circumstances.

The top boot always matched the primary interior color. The top color was not a factor.

That is interesting.
Could you imagine a Pace Car with a WHITE Boot! (Based on Top color)

Disclaimer (I Love the 720 interior)
