Title: 837 remanufactured ALT - is this real?

This looks fishy to me.   Does restored now mean re-stamp???  IS this stamping correct or not???

This is mine.  Not the right date for my car, but all I could find for the time being.  At some point I was hoping to trade someone if they needed this date and had one for mine.
