Title: Horn not working

I have a 69 the horn is not working I replaced the relay now when I press the horn button it makes a clicking sound with no sound from the horn

Spray some WD-40 into the horn and knock the H*** out of it with a stick. I know it sounds silly but it works.

Disconnect the green horn wire connector from the plug on the bottom of the horn relay. Push the horn button (so the relay clicks) and check for power on that terminal - if you have power, the relay is OK. Now run a jumper wire from the battery (+) terminal to the horn terminal; if the horn doesn't blow, it either isn't grounded properly, or it's dead.
