Title: Where there two different shift Indicator Plates for 1967?
Post by: 1967RS/SS on March 10, 2011, 03:26:06 AM
Just wondering, were there two different shift indicator plates used in 1967 for automatic transmissions?  The white letters plate (PRND321) came off my console which had a powerglide (previous owner blew the trans and put in a 700R4).  The greenish one (PRN321) came off a console I bought off ebay.  Why the difference?

I would guess that the white is Firebird and the green is Camaro TH400.?.?

I think thats what the one on the left is.  I looked in Classic Industries catalog and they show one for an overdrive.
