Title: 1968 302 head bolts
Post by: ronnieg on May 14, 2006, 11:22:39 PM
Need a little help. I am trying to put the original head bolts back in my 302. Were there any diffrences in the small block head bolts? What years will work and were can i find them? Thanks for the help!

There's nothing unique or special about 302 head bolts - they used the same bolts as any other small-block; unless you're looking for original headmarks, all the usual vendors have them (Jeg's, Summit, ARP, etc.).

Bolts with a "ring" marking are typical.
