Title: Z10 shipping destinations
Post by: z10kl on December 15, 2010, 04:58:06 PM
How many have paperwork showing where their Z10 was shipped to? Anyone besides mine shipped to the zone office? I know that some docs have a dealer name.

Mine was shipped to Culberson-Stowers Chevrolet in Pampa, TX.  The dealership is still in operation.  One of the oldest dealerships in Texas.

I have the original window sticker and POP.

Im  sure mine was shipped to Gallas Grosbeck or Ed Blacks in Albuquerque from what I was told buy the second owner, but no paper work. I have chatted with the second owner a couple of times but he cant remember the first owners name!Hopefully he will remember ???

You can't be sure based on the second owners memory. Mine was sold  to the first registered owner from Steakley Chev. in Dallas. It was originally shipped to the Dallas zone office. I had a 69 z that was around the Statesville NC area since new. The story was it was sold new there. I traced it down and got the MSO and the original owner verified it to have been bought in Charlotte at Lapoint Chev.
