How can you tell if a car is equipt with RPO-N44...Special Steering Quick Ratio?

Length of the pittman arm I think. I believe it was listed on the CRG pages.

69 Manual Steering
Most 69's used the same manual steering gear. Changes to the steering linkage were used to change the overall steering ratio. Regular cars were equipped with a shorter pitman arm and longer steering arms. Z28 and RPO N44 (special steering) cars utilized a longer pitman arm (3953227, 5.75" center-center) and shorter steering arms.

You're welcome. When I first bought the Camaro I have now, I did a lot of research trying to identify/verify what it was. The CRG site provided me with a great deal of info and I read it from cover to cover several times. If you haven't gone through it all I would highly recommend it.
