Title: Air Cleaner Cover Service Instruction Placement
Post by: ckreger57 on October 15, 2010, 08:46:29 AM
I recently purchased a Cowl Induction System for my 69 Camaro.  Silkscreened on the Lid is the "Service Instructions"; when installed, where should this label be located?  This is not a Decal on the Base, it is on the Air Cleaner Lid or Cover.  Although my Project has my "Personal Touches" i want to be as accurate as possible if I decide to Show this car.

Thanks
Chuck

Those silk-screened instructions should be on the bottom side of the lid, facing the carburetor, only visible after removing the lid and turning it over.

I don't think there was a more specific orientation than 'down'. :)

Now I know why Doctor gave me glasses.  Was excited to open the box...like a kid at christmas.
