Title: VINYL TOP MOLDINGS??

Can anyone tell me where to get vinyl top moldings for my 69 ? Also is there a template to install the hardware in the right location

I haven't seen a template but once you have a used set of trim, you should be able to lay it out on the car, make it symetrical, and figure out where to attach it.  There are a few pics of the mounting holes and studs in my pics.

Hi Wayne,

I have a fast question for you while we are on this topic.  I remember reading somewhere that the 69 vinyl top molding
was also used when two-tone paint was ordered.  But, the molding did not have the center recessed area painted.
Is that true?  Also, were all the moldings painted black in this recessed area, or were other paint colors used?

I believe I (or William) posted that.
The trim has different part #'s. That's the only known difference.
Only black in the recess.
